Refund policy

At MSDPARTS, we value trust, respect, and accountability for both our customers and ourselves. Please review our order policies carefully:

• Order Cancellations: Any canceled orders will be subject to a 2.9% surcharge to cover debit/credit card processing fees.
• Built-to-Order Items: Some products listed as "in stock" on our website may still require a built-to-order processdue to their specialty, such as carbon fiber components and certain exhaust systems.
• Production & Shipping: We manufacture and ship built-to-order items as quickly as possible. You may cancel an order before production begins, but once the production process has started, cancellations will no longer be possible.

We want you to be confident in every purchase with MSDPARTS. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help — but please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Restocking Fees

To cover handling, inspection, repackaging, and warehouse processing, a restocking fee will apply based on the type of item:

• $10 Flat Fee for small items (e.g., carbon fiber mirror caps, oil caps, etc.)

• 20% Restocking Fee for medium to large items (e.g., front diffusers, taillights, bumpers, side skirts, body kits, etc.)

Why We Charge Restocking Fees

All returned items must be carefully inspected, repackaged, and returned to inventory — which takes time, labor, and warehouse space. Large items often require more handling and packaging protection, and many of our parts are made-to-order or limited stock, meaning returns directly impact availability and costs. These fees help us continue offering competitive pricing and support.

• Clearance items
• Items without original packaging
